If MC Video: Video Editing Services, our company has been operating since 2009 and provides video editing services to videographers and freelancers. The company offers special services, including video editing as per the client's request, color changes, multi-camera changes (switching), video clips, sound editing, and much more.
1.1 Delivery Policy - Our company has two methods for receiving or delivering work: 1. Sending our company's courier to your workplace, 2. For sending files, you can send them via the internet or through delivery, 3. To complete payment, it can be done by credit card, bank transfer, or cash payment through delivery, you must pay an amount of 100 ILS to the courier each time they come to you.
We send the completed materials within a work period of 3-21 days, delivery is done via the internet or through the courier.
1.2 Business Warranty - The company provides video editing services, and we provide our services to large companies specializing in photography.

New Order, a new work request is submitted by filling out a form and providing complete information about your work and what is delivered in this form is what we do. We accept orders only through the site and not via WhatsApp, phone call, or any other method outside the order system.
Price, the pricing page contains all the details about the prices, note, prices vary from time to time and are not fixed, and prices can change according to the project type.
Request for Amendment, any request for amendment is submitted through the site, by filling out the amendment form, and we make corrections according to your requests sent in the form.
Your Client Requests, if you have a client who wants to submit custom work requests, they can fill out the work request themselves, just send your client the link to the page and they can send the order on your behalf.
Packages - We offer many packages on our site, you can order the package that suits you, we provide packages with prepayment, to purchase a package you must pay the full price upfront, and at the end of the package, you will receive details about the package and on which projects the package was used, the package starts after making the purchase and we do not provide packages with deferred payment.
1.3 Transaction Cancellation - After completing the order and making the payment, suppose a situation occurred, and the client wanted to cancel the order, if the work has not started, we will refund the amount paid, and we refund 70 percent of the amount, but in the case of work actually starting, we cannot refund any amounts. *Packages, if the client wants to cancel the package and receive a monetary refund, a total of 70 percent of the amount is refunded, and in the case that part of the package is used, the number of projects is deducted and divided by the package price and the amount is refunded, for example, someone purchased a package at the price of ten thousand shekels, used half of the package and then decided to cancel the package and receive a refund, 70% of the amount is refunded and is not fully returned.
1.4 Privacy Restrictions - We highly respect our clients' privacy. We do not provide any entity with information related to your business activity, whatever the circumstances, and we do not have the right to disclose your identity or if we are working with you and we do not have the right to publish or share your work with anyone.
1.5 If you send a hard disk to our office, or by delivering it through courier companies, we are not responsible for the hard disk's integrity, our responsibility relates to the receipt and return of the hard disk to you if there is a real defect, and in case of loss of the hard disk, we must pay for it. We do not bear responsibility for any loss or data loss in the hard disk in any way, and you must keep your backup copy. In case such a thing happens, we are only authorized to pay the price of the defective disk, and we do not bear responsibility for repairing the disk or sending it to recovery companies.
You are entitled to a one-time correction within 72 hours.*
We keep your raw materials for up to 72 hours after you receive the materials, and our backup services are an addition from which we are not always responsible.*
After 72 hours, we are not responsible for your projects, and if there is a correction, it is considered a new edit.*
We do not accept any request outside the system, like WhatsApp, phone calls, or text messages, the request that was approved is the request sent through our application and all others are not taken into account.*
When you send the order, please include all the details, the project name, the type, the materials you want, and if there are special attached files, please attach them in the order or in the files. The material sent is 100 GB, and when we checked that our number is 80 GB, we will not start the video editing process until the number is complete, so please write all the details accurately so that the project can be successfully completed.*
If you send the order without notifying the name of the song, our team will choose the music itself, and you have no right to demand to change the song after the work is delivered, even if your client is not satisfied with the music choice, you need to submit a new order and pay again to work again because of the music choice, so please choose music in advance.*
Delivery: We deal with courier companies, simply call the courier, and the order will be received within twenty-four hours, the delivery fee is 100 shekels, there is no connection between the delivery fee and our service prices, the delivery service is an additional service, if you do not have the option to deliver with the courier company, you can take the hard disk to our delivery points in Haifa, for more details please contact.
If your order was sent without details and a complete story about your editing or you did not write music name or style summary, we do the work on our responsibility, and you are not entitled to request a correction or to change a song.*
If you are asked to pay a monetary amount, you must pay the amount within 15 days from the day of receiving the message, any delay in payment after the period ends will lead to an increase in the amount by 15% for each week of delay.*
We provide the service in exchange for prepayment, VIP customers will receive additional payment methods according to an agreement between us.*
We have no relation with your client, we conduct directly between us without a third party, and you do not have the right to link your deal with your client and your conduct with us, for example, if you delay the payment until the client pays you, we are not responsible for your internal agreements between you and your client.*
After the work is completed, you will receive a message via WhatsApp saying (your work is ready), please wait up to 3 hours to see the files on your side.*
Service Disconnection: If we encounter problems with you related to payment, payment methods, and delay in payment, this leads to a total disconnection of the service, service disconnection includes preventing access to all materials and you cannot recover or obtain the materials, you can obtain them at a price of 10 ILS for every 1GB.
If we did not commit to providing the materials on time according to the agreement, we are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or financial loss that may occur to the first party, the client, we only return the amount paid for the service if the service was prepaid, and there is no connection between previous accounts and problems in a new transaction, for example, we have an account worth a thousand shekels, and you sent us a project worth 500 shekels, we did not provide the project on time, we may not be able to perform this project because it is very complicated, if you encounter problems or losses. We are not responsible for your agreements with your clients and therefore there is no connection between old accounts and new accounts.*
We are not authorized to disclose your identity or share information about you, and our work with you remains confidential.*
We cannot publish your files without your permission or share them with anyone.*
Our prices are uniform and cannot be changed (according to the quantity or number of works).*
We provide services for free, and there are no fees for our services (email + the option to upload large files + synchronization).*
After you start working with us, you agree to the terms mentioned on this page in all their details, and we bear our responsibility and you bear full responsibility for compliance with the terms if you start working with us, even if you did not read the terms.*
